Dürr Launches New Standardized Coating Supply System for Industrial Use
On November 1, Dürr launched EcoSupply2 Core, a new modular paint supply system that integrates all necessary components into a compact, easy-to-use design. It is ideal for various industrial applications that require spraying operations in limited spaces. The EcoSupply2 Core system is shipped fully assembled and can be used only after debugging. It can greatly reduce the time spent by integrators and end users on design, assembly and debugging. It has been certified by the European, US, and Asian market.
Whether it is industries such as carpentry or construction, places such as injection molding workshops, or users such as automotive suppliers, EcoSupply2 Core is ideal for paint supply. The EcoSupply2 Core system combines the functions of multiple products into one, including: agitators, paint transfer pumps or pressure tanks, paint filters and pressure controllers. Sensors can also be installed to monitor the level of paint drums or lifts for easy bucket replacement. "The EcoSupply2 Core system is Dürr's first paint supply system developed for general industry. It integrates a large number of independent components that can be flexibly matched to provide customers with 15 personalized configuration options." explains Tom Reiner, product engineer at Dürr.
The EcoSupply2 Core comes in a number of different versions. As the center component of the station, you can choose between a diaphragm pump for the low-pressure range or a piston pump for pressures up to 300 bar, depending on your specific application technology and the paint type being used. Additionally, different flow and return regulators tailored to various flow rates and pressure ranges compatible with these pumps are available.
In addition, the system is equipped with a pressure tank with a capacity of up to 60 liters and can supply paint directly from paint buckets with a capacity of 30 liters, 60 liters or 200 liters.
Not only are the pumps, controllers and pressure tanks available in various sizes, but additional components can also be added, such as agitators, filters or lifts to raise the pump when changing paint containers. Industrial companies can also use the EcoSupply2 Core system solely as a stand-alone agitator, speeding up paint changes and minimizing production interruptions.
