Lianhetech plans to invest less than 200 million US dollars in Malaysia to build a factory
Recently, Lianhetech announced that in order to achieve the company's international development strategy, meet the business needs of international customers, and enhance the company's global competitiveness, it intends to invest in the construction of a factory in Malaysia through the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary in SINGAPORE LIANHETECH SINGAPORE PTE.LTD. The plan is to contribute not more than US $200 million from its own funds and self-raised funds for the construction of the Malaysian plant and other matters.
Lianhetech said in the announcement that the company's investment and construction of a factory in Malaysia through its wholly-owned subsidiary LIANHETECH SINGAPORE is an important measure of the company's international strategic layout. The company's investment in the construction of factories in Malaysia helps the company to improve the industrial layout, enhance the overall strength of the company, help the company to expand overseas markets, build global delivery capabilities, and better meet the order needs of international customers. At the same time, the company relies on Malaysia's regional advantages in land, manpower and taxation to optimize the company's production costs, enhance the company's profitability and comprehensive competitiveness, and ensure the company's sustainable and healthy development.
