Construction of Jintang New Materials Project with a Total Investment of 76 Billion Yuan Started
According to "Zhoushan Release" news, on November 30, the main project of Jintang New Materials with a total investment of 76 billion yuan officially started construction in the east area of the Jintang New Materials Project in the northern reclamation area of Jintang, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang.
Jintang New Materials Project is invested and constructed by Rongsheng Holding Group, focusing on the development of high-end chemical industry chains such as low-carbon polyolefins, fine chemicals, high-performance resins, engineering plastics, degradable plastics, special polyurethanes and new fiber materials, The project will construct 27 sets of main equipment and 16 public works, with a total investment of 76 billion yuan. After the project reaches full production, the annual output value is expected to reach 91.7 billion yuan.
It is understood that the first batch of projects has a total investment of 26.24 billion yuan and covers an area of 3,500 acres.
The construction content includes 12 public projects including 10 sets of main equipment, a control center, and a ro-ro terminal. It is expected that by the end of 2024, the first batch of 10 main units will be completed; the relevant units will be put into operation in June 2025.
