Since the trial production in December 2023, after more than one month of commissioning and operation, the current indicators of Youdao Chemical's Chlorantraniliprole technical plant fully meet the design requirements and successfully reach production!

The project adopts the fully continuous flow process and equipment independently developed by Himile Group, and the construction period is greatly shortened from 18 months to 7 months. The device achieves full automatic precision control, smooth operation, the product active ingredient content ≥98%, stable and reliable quality.

At present, Youdao Chemical has a total production capacity of 11,000 tons of Chlorantraniliprole technicals, becoming a veritable Chlorantraniliprole technical manufacturer with the largest production capacity and the most complete industrial chain in the world. With the rapid improvement of production capacity, product competitiveness has been further enhanced.
