PAI Partners acquires majority stake in Beautynova from Bluegem
PAI Partners will acquire a majority stake in Beautynova from Bluegem. The company now has a powerful platform to accelerate growth in all its key markets, including the United States and Europe. PAI, together with Bluegem, will support Beautynova and its management team in achieving their growth strategy to further develop the brand.
Since 2020, with the acquisition of Bluegem, Beautynova has grown into a leading professional hair care platform, its sales have more than tripled and it has undergone significant geographic expansion, with a particular focus on the United States, which now accounts for 18% of the company's sales.
