Under the terms of the agreement, CMS Pharmaceutical Holdings will obtain exclusive rights for the research, development, registration, and commercialization of Povorcitinib in the specified regions, along with non-exclusive rights for manufacturing the product. As part of the deal, CMS Pharmaceutical Holdings will make an upfront payment to Incyte and provide additional milestone payments based on development and commercialization achievements, as well as royalty fees based on net sales within the region.
