Wynca’s 20,000 tons of Glufosinate-P industrial project (Phase I) trial production
On May 21, Wynca’s 20,000 tons of Glufosinate-P industrialization project (Phase I) started. On May 22, the production indicators of the device ran normally, marking that the project fully entered the trial production stage.
The industrialization project (Phase I) of 20,000-ton Glufosinate-P of Wynca will start construction in May 2023. In the middle and late April 2024, the equipment was successfully delivered, and the project entered the key stage of finishing up. The project team gathered all the forces to reverse the schedule, and completed the tasks of single acceptance and trial production program review such as fire fighting and civil construction in accordance with the established time nodes, and finally carried out the commissioning test three months in advance.
Glufosinate-P is a broad-spectrum herbicide, which has the advantages of high efficiency, low toxicity and environmental protection, and can effectively control a variety of weeds in fields, horticulture and orchards. Compared with ordinary Glufosinate ammonium, it can not only achieve "double efficacy and half dosage", but also the price is only 1.5~1.6 times that of ordinary Glufosinate ammonium.
The company said that the successful implementation of the 20,000 tons of Glufosinate-P industrialization project, while closely fitting the national policy orientation of promoting pesticide reduction and efficiency, has effectively expanded the product matrix of Wynca and better met the diversified planting needs of farmers.
In the future, Wynca will further debug the production line and equipment on the basis of the commissioning test, accelerate the optimization and improvement of production and operation organization and management, closely adhere to the goals of incremental efficiency and green development, and ensure the realization of project standards and production. At the same time, Wynca will continue to explore a diversified product portfolio with the help of Nutrichem and Hefei SYNIVERSE’s product resources, constantly improve the technical ability of agricultural service application, and rely on the global sales platform to provide more services and solutions for domestic and foreign growers.
