Panjin 100,000 tons/year MMA industrialization project completed the pilot test
Recently, a new material project with an annual output of 100,000 tons, the "Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) Industrialization Project", landed in Panjin. The laboratory test has been completed and the 1,000-ton level has been completed in the Panjin Institute of Chemical Industry, Dalian Institute of Chemical Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Pilot test.
It is understood that the project is a scientific and technological achievement transformation project jointly cooperated by Sanli Zhongke and the Dalian Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It has overcome key process links and mastered the core catalytic technology. The main investor of the project is Panjin Sanli Zhongke New Materials Co., Ltd., with a planned investment of 2.1 billion yuan, and plant construction is expected to be carried out within the year.
The main construction content of the project includes 5 production equipment areas, 1 sewage treatment station, 1 production auxiliary building and other supporting facilities. After completion, it can produce 100,000 tons of new materials per year.
