According to the commodity market analysis system, the average price of LLDPE (7042) on November 21 was 6,990 CNY/ton, and on November 27 it was 6,968 CNY/ton, a decrease of 0.31%. The average price of LDPE (2426H) on November 21 was 9,033 CNY/ton, and on November 27 it was 9,000 CNY/ton, a decrease of 0.37%. The average price of HDPE (2426H) on November 21 was 7,457 CNY/ton, and on November 27 it was 7,387 CNY/ton, a decrease of 0.94%.

Recently, polyethylene continues to operate weakly. In terms of maintenance, during this cycle (November 21-27), the loss of polyethylene due to plant maintenance in China is about 83,300 tons, a decrease of 14,100 tons compared to the same period last week. With a reduction in plant maintenance in China and the commissioning of new facilities, the supply of polyethylene remains at a high level. Demand is flat, with most companies purchasing according to their needs, showing low enthusiasm for receiving goods and maintaining a cautious attitude. Without positive news to guide, the quotations are weak, and the pattern of increasing supply and weak demand continues. It is expected that the weakness of polyethylene will persist.
