New Regulations in 2024: Milk-Based Products with 95% Fresh Milk Content Will Face Heat and Sugar Limits!
On September 6, 2024, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) issued a notice numbered 2024-416, which plans to revise part of the "Quality Certification Standard for Children's Preference Food", the main amendments are as follows: Set new standards to regulate calories, saturated fat and sugars in processed dairy products that contain at least 95% raw milk in children's snack foods. The deadline for public comments is September 27, 2024.
