EPS Launches New Acrylic Resin for Architectural Coatings
Engineered Polymer Solutions (EPS®) has launched a new all-acrylic polymer for cutting-edge flat to semi-gloss interior and exterior architectural coatings.
“EPS 2746 is a versatile polymer for architectural DIY and professional coatings formulations,” said Dr. Robert Sandoval, Director of Research and Development at EPS. “It stands out for delivering outstanding performance without any added fluorosurfactants and can be formulated into near zero VOC coatings.”
The key features of EPS 2746 are scrub resistance, stain release, washability, and self-priming properties across a wide formulation space. This new polymer has excellent stain resistance and is ideal for exterior applications.
“We are proud to announce EPS 2746 as our fourth product launch in 2024,” commented Makarand Gawade, Global Marketing Director at EPS. “Our steadily growing portfolio is a testament to our commitment to excellence, innovation, and most importantly, our customers. We are creating unique solutions to anticipate the evolving needs of the market.”
