Galderma backers sell $1.45 billion worth of shares
Major shareholders of Swiss skincare giant Galderma Group AG, including EQT AB, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) and Auba Investment Pte, are selling a 6.7% stake worth about CHF1.28 billion ($1.45 billion)
The offering, priced at CHF80 per share, has been increased to 16 million shares following strong investor demand, with subscriptions reaching multiples of existing shares.
The additional offering reflects the market's confidence in Galderma's growth trajectory and growing interest in premium skincare investments.
