Rodda Paint Co. Acquires Miller Paint Company
Rodda Paint Company, in partnership with Cloverdale Group of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, announces the acquisition of Miller Paint Company, a prestigious employee-owned company (ESOP) with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest since 1890. The parties have been in negotiations with the Miller Paint team for several months and have reached an agreement that is fair to both parties.
"This is an exciting new chapter for both companies," said David Wolf, President and COO of Rodda Paint. "Together, we will celebrate Miller Paint's great history while combining resources to elevate our service offerings and strengthen our presence in the Pacific Northwest."
