PQ Completes Acquisition of Sibelco’s Specialty Silicates Business in Sweden
PQ, a leading global producer of silicates, silica and derivative products, announces that it has completed the acquisition of Sibelco Group’s specialty silicates business currently operating at the Lödöse facility in Sweden.
Al Beninati, CEO of PQ, said: “PQ is pleased to have completed this transaction with Sibelco and we are excited to begin offering our products and services to new customers in the region. Our strong European network and specialty silicates expertise will enable our new customers to grow throughout the Nordic region.”
