Bolt Partners with GMCo for Beauty Launch
Bolt Projects Holdings, Inc. announces a strategic partnership with Goddess Maintenance Co. (“GMCo”), an innovative beauty brand that is becoming a major player in the biotech-driven beauty revolution.
GMCo’s initial launch will be available in more than 1,300 retail stores across the U.S. this spring, with a significant financial partnership between the two parties.
GMCo’s vision to create a full-body beauty brand rooted in innovation and sustainability aligns perfectly with Bolt’s mission to advance biotech-driven, eco-friendly solutions.
GMCo’s highly anticipated Spring 2025 launch will be distributed through Sally Beauty Holdings’ Beauty Systems Group (“BSG”), which combines its Cosmo Prof and Armstrong McCall store networks with outside sales consultants. The new products will be powered by cutting-edge biotechnology – “Powered by Bolt” – and will solidify Bolt’s leadership in advanced ingredient solutions. To support the launch, initial projections call for a minimum $4 million annual multi-year supply agreement with Bolt’s b-silk Technology.
For Bolt, the partnership with GMCo reaffirms the significant growth potential of its Vegan Silk technology platform in the global beauty and personal care markets. The partnership with GMCo is another important milestone in Bolt’s long-term strategy to achieve hypergrowth in the sustainable, high-performance beauty market.
