Coach and Interparfums Extend Fragrance Partnership for Five Years
Coach and Interparfums announced on Friday, March 14, that they have extended their fragrance licensing agreement for five years, until June 30, 2031. The exclusive global licensing agreement between Coach and Interparfums was originally signed in 2015 and was originally scheduled to expire on June 30, 2026.
“Coach fragrance sales have grown from less than €10 million in 2015 to nearly €190 million in 2024, mainly driven by the success of the Coach and Coach Dreams collections for men and women,” Interparfums said in a statement.
As part of the agreement, Interparfums also announced that it will launch two new follow-up products in the Coach collection in 2025, further enhancing the brand’s global presence in the fragrance space.
Philippe Benacin, Chairman and CEO of Interparfums, said: "In less than a decade, we have succeeded in creating a legitimate and coherent fragrance portfolio, with a brand known for its image and products, of high quality. We are confident in the continued growth of the brand in the short, medium and long term, driven in particular by its gender complementarity, with men's and women's fragrances equally popular."
Founded in 1982 by Philippe Benacin and Jean Madar, Interparfums develops, produces and distributes high-end perfumes and cosmetics and is the exclusive worldwide licensee for Boucheron, Coach, Jimmy Choo, Karl Lagerfeld, Kate Spade, Lacoste, Moncler, Montblanc and Van Cleef & Arpels. The company also owns the Lanvin fragrances and Rochas brands. Through a select distribution network, Interparfums' products are sold in more than 100 countries around the world, with consolidated sales of €880 million in 2024.
