Flint Group Opens Water-Based and UV-Curable Ink Distribution Facility in Montreal
Flint Group, a supplier of inks and coatings to the printing and packaging industries, has expanded its support for Canadian label and narrow web customers with the opening of a new distribution centre in Montreal, Quebec.
The facility will immediately begin warehousing and distributing Flint Group’s water-based, UV-curable and UV LED dual-cure inks and coatings for narrow web applications. Previously, customers in the Quebec region relied on Flint Group’s Toronto facility for their ink supply needs.
The expansion strengthens Flint Group’s position as a trusted partner in the Canadian label and narrow web markets, doubling its distribution presence in Eastern Canada. The new facility will provide faster delivery times and improved access to high-quality products to customers in the region.
Additionally, Flint Group’s commercial team in the region was recently expanded with the addition of an experienced field technical service representative to provide dedicated support to customers in Quebec.
"This expansion demonstrates Flint Group's commitment to providing enhanced local service and support to customers in the Montreal and Quebec region," said Nicki Kerrigan, Vice President of North American Sales and Service. "The new facility will ensure that customers benefit from shorter lead times and greater access to high-quality inks and coatings, reinforcing our vision to bring color to the world by locating our products closer to the printers and converters who use them."
"With the expanded support of our Montreal branch, we are ready to strengthen our partnerships with new and existing customers in this dynamic market, ensuring they have access to the industry-leading products and support they deserve."
