Oh My Cream Acquires Atelier Nubio, Strengthens Wellness Portfolio
French beauty retailer Oh My Cream has acquired Paris-based natural supplement and collagen powder brand Atelier Nubio. The transaction has been approved by the Paris Commercial Court following Atelier Nubio’s receivership earlier this year. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Founded in 2014, Atelier Nubio was initially known for its juice cleanse products. In 2019, the brand transitioned to nutritional supplements and edible beauty products, with a focus on French-grown botanical ingredients. The brand currently offers around 15 products, including its best-selling liquid supplements and collagen-rich broths. The brand is currently available in around 30 pharmacies, concept stores and spas in France.
Oh My Cream has been steadily expanding its edible and wellness product categories, with supplements becoming one of its fastest-growing segments. The retailer had previously partnered with Atelier Nubio, which quickly became its leading supplement brand after launching in-store in 2021. This acquisition follows Oh My Cream's acquisition of Combeau in 2023. The company plans to further enrich Atelier Nubio's product portfolio and increase its visibility in its ecosystem.
