First Batch Shipped 4.13 MiddleChem Yiyang Plant Accelerates Delivery to Vietnam
On April 13, the first batch of batch-produced integrated liquid mechanical vulcanizers from MiddleChem Rubber Machinery’s Yiyang facility successfully passed an online customer trial run and was promptly shipped to Vietnam via Guangxi sea-rail intermodal transport. This marks the first shipment following the company’s large-scale export production push this year. Additional batches of integrated liquid mechanical vulcanizers and servo-hydraulic vulcanizers will soon follow.
Over the past few years, MiddleChem Rubber Machinery has not only expanded domestically but also seized new opportunities along the Belt and Road markets, intensively cultivating business in Southeast and South Asia. As a result, the company has secured multiple major overseas orders.
In 2023, MiddleChem supplied various customized equipment to a client based in an industrial park on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Designed to meet the client’s high-performance radial tire production needs, the machines underwent innovative upgrades, supporting the client’s ambitions for smarter and greener manufacturing.
Today, the client’s production line is running at full capacity. The full-steel radial tires produced with MiddleChem’s vulcanizers show outstanding performance, winning strong recognition locally and achieving successful global sales, creating substantial economic benefits for the customer.
