Brenntag to Distribute Stephenson’s Polyglycerol Ester Range in Europe
Stephenson announces a strategic European distribution partnership with Brenntag Gmbh. Under the agreement, Brenntag will exclusively distribute Stephenson’s Durosoft polyglycerol ester range, which includes versatile and sustainable emulsifiers, solubilizers and emollients.
This agreement is an important milestone for both companies: Stephenson gains a strong distribution ally with deep market presence and technical expertise. On the other hand, the agreement also enables Brenntag to enhance its product portfolio with high-performance, naturally derived alternatives to synthetic ingredients. This is in line with both companies’ strong commitment to sustainability and innovation in the life sciences sector.
Rob Carr, Managing Director of Stephenson, said: "This collaboration enables us to offer versatile botanical ingredients to the wider European market. Brenntag's expertise and market reach make it an ideal partner to support our mission to help brands create sustainable and impactful products."
Designed to meet the growing demand for clean and environmentally friendly formulations, Durosoft provides high-performance emulsifiers for skin and hair care formulations while supporting their natural and organic claims.
Patrick Koch of Brenntag said: "The Durosoft range is an exciting addition to our beauty and personal care portfolio. It reflects our commitment to providing brands and their formulators and manufacturers across Europe with innovative, sustainable ingredients and products, enabling them to bring impactful products to more consumers."
Together, Stephenson and Brenntag will accelerate innovation in the beauty and personal care sector, providing brands with effective, ethical and environmentally friendly ingredient solutions.
