On the morning of June 7, the reporter saw in the production workshop of Shizhen Building of Qilu Pharmaceutical (Hainan) Co., Ltd. that workers were transporting and installing a batch of newly-arrived imported equipment, of which 6 were fluidized with a height of about 5 meters. The bed has basically been installed. “This is the key equipment for pharmaceutical production and is used for the drying and drying of pharmaceutical raw materials.” Liu Wenmin, chairman of Qilu Pharmaceutical (Hainan) Co., Ltd., told reporters from Hainan Daily that the imported equipment is from Germany. In addition to the fluidized bed, it also includes coating machines, tablet presses and other equipment, and the technology applied is at a leading level in the world.
"At present, the purification plant has been completed 80%. It is planned to be completed and put into use in October this year. The full intelligent production can reduce the number of personnel from more than 200 to less than 50, which greatly saves human capital." Liu Wenmin told reporters, The production workshop is part of the high-end intelligent manufacturing center project of Qilu Pharmaceutical (Hainan) Co., Ltd. This is another major project invested by Qilu Pharmaceutical Group in Hainan. The total investment is estimated to be nearly 700 million yuan. After completion, it will help pharmaceutical companies achieve stable and over-production and improve production efficiency. The project started construction in March this year and is expected to be completed and put into production in December 2022, with an annual production capacity of 10 billion pharmaceutical preparations.

The department helped us solve the problem so that the project can be carried out smoothly."
