Market Factor Analysis
Supply aspect: In the earlier period, the overall shipment of n-butanol in the Chinese market was obstructed, and the inventory within the market kept increasing. Entering this week, the supply pressure of n-butanol became evident, with factories mainly focusing on actively reducing prices to promote sales. Therefore, the overall supply situation has a negative impact on the market.
Demand Side: Currently, downstream traders of n-butanol are adopting a cautious approach, primarily focusing on consuming existing inventories from previous periods. Market inquiries remain lukewarm, with buyers mostly opting for opportunistic or rigid demand-based procurement. As a result, demand is providing limited support to n-butanol price trends.
Market Forecast
Currently, the trading atmosphere in the n-butanol market is relatively weak, and the sentiment of traders is average. The n-butanol data analyst expects that in the short term, the n-butanol market in Shandong, China, will mainly exhibit a weak consolidation trend. More attention should be paid to changes in supply and demand dynamics.
