One set of 2 million tons of PTA plant in Ningbo was shut down during the weekend, and the load of another set of 3.6 million tons of new plant was reduced to 60% of operation. The recovery time is yet to be determined.

According to the Ningbo Water Resources Bureau, from 8 am on the 22nd to 8 am on the 27th, the average rainfall in the city was 379 millimeters, and the rainfall was mainly concentrated in the north, with the largest surface rainfall in Yuyao City of 539 millimeters. At present, the water level of the Lower Yao River has exceeded the warning and guaranteed water level of the embankment, and the water level is showing a rapid upward trend.
