A fine of 15,000 yuan was imposed on Meilan Frog Times Restaurant in Haikou for its oversized operation and refusal to renovate it.
There are no self-made drinks and cold food items in the scope of business. However, the Meilan Frog Times Restaurant in Haikou wants to sell and sell. It fails to apply for change of business license according to regulations and engages in food business beyond the scope of business license, and is ordered to rectify it, but it still remains unchanged. Recently, the Meilan District Food and Drug Administration of Haikou City issued a fine of 15,000 yuan for the restaurant.
According to the introduction, on December 3, 2018, the Meilan District Food and Drug Administration of Haikou City inspected the Melanfrog Times Restaurant located in Hankou Feihuan Bay Square. It was found that the restaurant was engaged in the manufacture and sale of homemade drinks and cold food beyond the permitted business scope, but did not change its business license according to the regulations. The law enforcement officers issued the Notice of Order Correction. On January 11, 2019, law enforcement officers visited the restaurant again and found that the restaurant had not been rectified and was still self-willed. Recently, the Meilan District Food and Drug Administration of Haikou City imposed administrative penalties according to law: confiscating 126 yuan of illegal income from Meilan Frog Times Restaurant in Haikou and fining 15,000 yuan. The total fine is 15126 yuan.
