Xuanwei, the most satisfied in the American Coatings Satisfaction Research

Although most customers buy paint in stores, Millennials and post-1990s are more likely to buy paint online, according to the JD Power 2009 American Paint Satisfaction Survey, and online buyers are more satisfied than those who shop in stores.
"The challenge facing paint brands is to provide in-store customers with advisory experience while meeting the younger generation who technically rely on online paint purchases." Christina Cooley, director of family practice at J.D. Power, said. "Introducing more resources to their website while maintaining the current in-store experience will only help paint brands in the long run." Baise Bear and Xuanwei ranked first in the field of interior wall paint with a score of 852 and Westberg ranked eighth with 851. Benjamin Moore scored 858 in the field of exterior wall paint, ranking first; Xuanwei scored 854, ranking second; Baise Bear scored 848, ranking third.
Paint Satisfaction Survey 2019 was based on the responses of 5884 customers who purchased and applied interior wall coatings, exterior wall coatings and/or external stains in the past 12 months.
