Chocolate Filling Fat-soluble Favours Launched

Available either as single or dual flavours, all nine are natural, suitable for vegan concepts and kosher-certified. The peanut and almond flavours are also nut-free.
Premium filled chocolates, in which the flavours are incorporated into the chocolate ganache filling, are an ideal application for the flavours, Sensient said.
The company suggested using its Spectraflecks – coloured film particles – to boost visual appeal.
Develop bespoke flavours
Sensient is also able to develop bespoke flavours in collaboration with customers.
The company can make use of a variety of complementary inclusions, including flavoured sugar crystals, popcorn, ground cookies and toffees.
Products with tailored viscosities are also available, from caramels, chocolate and fruit-based varieties to coffee variants.
The nine new flavours are: apple & almond, banana split, butter mint, cherry, mango, orange & ginger, peanut, praline and smoked coconut.
