The per capita disposable income of farmers in the park reached 22,000 yuan, 34% higher than the average level of the county. China's modern agricultural industrial parks have become the "cownose" for the revitalization of rural industries.

It was expressed by Han Changfu, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, at the National Conference on Promoting the Work of Modern Agricultural Parks held at the New Conference of Guangdong Province on the 19th. Since 2017, the central government has invested more than 5 billion yuan in awards and subsidies, approved the establishment of 62 national industrial parks and identified 20 national industrial parks. At the on-site meeting held on the 19th, the identified 20 industrial parks were awarded licences.

The multi-level modern agricultural industrial park system in China is taking shape. According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Areas, with the establishment of state-level industrial parks, local governments have also acted quickly. The national provincial finance has allocated 12.5 billion yuan in special investment, creating more than 1,000 provincial industrial parks and a large number of municipal and County Industrial parks. Various market entities have also invested in industrial parks. Nearly 100 state-level leading enterprises and nearly 500 provincial-level leading enterprises have entered the national industrial parks, and a large number of new business entities have grown in the parks.

Modern agricultural parks also promote factor circulation and urban-rural integration. Han Changfu said that modern agricultural industrial park has become an important carrier for talents, technology, capital and other factors of production to flow to the countryside. It is an important platform for returning to the countryside personnel and officers to start their businesses. It plays a bridge role of promoting agriculture through industry and linking the countryside with the city, attracting all kinds of factors to gather in the countryside. Only 62 state-level industrial parks attract 142,000 rural employees and mobilize nearly 180 billion yuan of social funds.
