Import and Export Data of Titanium Products in October 2021
According to customs data, in October 2021, China imported 185,700 tons of titanium ore, a year-on-year decrease of 35.06% and a decrease of 47.09% from the previous month; the cumulative import of titanium ore from January to October 2021 was about 3.0287 million tons, an increase of approximately 23.08% year-on-year, compared with 2020 From January to October this year, the total volume increased by about 568,800 tons.
Among them, the top three countries with titanium ore imports in October are: Mozambique, Mexico, and Vietnam; they account for 52%, 10%, and 10% of total imports, respectively.
According to customs data, in October 2021, China’s titanium dioxide exports were about 115,200 tons, an increase of 5.08% year-on-year, and an increase of 7.28% month-on-month; the cumulative exports from January to October 2021 were about 1.054 million tons, an increase of 6.32% year-on-year, which was a year-on-year increase of 1. The cumulative export volume in October increased by 62,600 tons.
Among them, the top three countries for titanium dioxide exports in October are: India, Brazil, and South Korea; they account for 22%, 6%, and 5% of total exports respectively.
In October 2021, China imported about 12,200 tons of titanium dioxide, a year-on-year decrease of 26.45% and a month-on-month decrease of 28.04%; cumulative imports from January to October were about 159,100 tons, an increase of 17.30% year-on-year, and an increase of approximately year-on-year imports from January to October 2020. 23,500 tons.
Among them, the top three regions of titanium dioxide imports in October are: China Taiwan, Mexico, and Australia; they account for 28%, 18%, and 17% of total imports respectively.
In October 2021, titanium sponge imports were about 916.3 tons, a year-on-year increase of 75.74% and a month-on-month decrease of 46.24%; the cumulative import volume from January to October was about 9756.8 tons, a year-on-year increase of 136.36%, and the cumulative import volume from 1-10 in 2020 increased by about 5,628.87.
In October 2021, the export of titanium sponge was 59.0 tons, an increase of 218.92% year-on-year and an increase of 63.89% month-on-month. The cumulative export volume from January to October 2021 was about 741.4 tons, which was an increase of 38.84% year-on-year in cumulative exports from January to October 2020. An increase of about 207.39 tons.
