On April 28, the State Administration of Pharmaceutical Supervision issued the Notice on the Cancellation of 36 Certificates (No. 34, 2019). The State Drug Administration has decided to cancel 36 certification items in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Cleaning up Certificate Matters, in order to further reduce certification for the convenience of the people and optimize services.

Since the date of publication, the certification items set forth in the normative documents listed in the Annex have ceased to be executed. If the certification matters set forth in the regulations of the departments listed in the annex involve revision of the rules of the departments, the implementation of the rules shall be stopped after revision of the rules of the departments according to the procedures. 36 items of certification include 14 items of "certification matters for the establishment of normative documents" and 24 items of "certification matters for the establishment of departmental regulations". Many things, no longer require applicants to submit this, instead of network verification. It involves many aspects, such as drug production license, licensed pharmacist registration certificate and so on.
