534 hospitals will undergo temporary and irregular checkups

Within two years, 534 hospitals will undergo temporary irregular checkups. Among them, medical consumables monitoring, consumables company product fusing, shutdown must be carried out!
On April 17, the Health and Health Commission of Jiangsu Province issued the Contents and Standards of Periodic Key Inspections in Second and Third Level Hospitals from 2019 to 2020. Within two years, the district and municipal health care committees must check the second and third-level hospitals in Jiangsu Province irregularly according to the inspection standards, and the inspection standards should be deducted according to the prescribed items. According to the public data of 161 tertiary medical institutions and 373 secondary medical institutions in Jiangsu Province, a total of 534! This means that these 534 hospitals will be faced with irregular key checkups in the next two years!
Hospitals did not carry out monitoring and super-early warning of drug and consumables use, and "fuse" or discontinue the varieties of pharmaceutical companies, each deducted one point. That is to say, medical consumables hospital monitoring, consumables enterprise product fuse shutdown must be carried out! Strictly controls the bidding, procurement and clinical use of medical consumables, with emphasis on strengthening the monitoring and early warning of clinical use in hospitals. For consumables with excessive amount or abnormal increase in consumption, they should be treated as "fuse" or even "stop using". Otherwise, it will be deducted directly! The inspection criteria of Jiangsu Province are very similar to the "double ten system" of Henan Province. This also makes the doctor in the preparation of checklists, the use of consumables, must be weighed beforehand: do not use consumables, try not to use; can use less consumables, try not to use more. Therefore, for the past use of abnormal, large purchases of consumables, sales will usher in a collapse way to reduce. In addition, the inspection criteria also made it clear that those who did not carry out the rectification of prominent problems of fashion should not be separated directly; hospital "kickbacks" and "red envelopes" have specific clues, and those who failed to find out the results should be deducted by two points. Distributors located in the middle link will also be subject to supervision and influence, and distributors with "grey" transactions with medical staff will be the focus of inspection.
