In addition, Guo Chengming offered to invite a private entrepreneur engaged in the production and operation of medical devices to take part in the dinner party, and to undertake projects for him, urging him to "tie the knot".

According to the public information, in November 2018, Tianjin Government Network released the information of appointment and dismissal of cadres, and Guo Chengming was appointed Director of Tianjin Drug Administration. However, Guo Chengming's name finally appeared on the official website of Tianjin Market Regulatory Commission at the end of February 2019 in a "Notice of Tianjin Drug Administration on the Qualifications of Administrative Law Enforcement Officers", and there was no news thereafter. Guo Chengming, born in February 1960, was born in Fuqing, Fujian Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in January 1997. He worked in September 1982 with a university degree and was a chief pharmacist.

According to the Sichuan Discipline Commission, recently, with the approval of the Sichuan Provincial Commission of Discipline Supervision, the provincial Discipline Commission inspected and investigated the serious violation of discipline of Chen Yong, an inspector of the former provincial Food and Drug Administration.

According to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Disciplinary Disposal of the Communist Party of China and the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China, after studying and submitting to the Provincial Committee for approval, Chen Yong was decided to be expelled from the Party.

Chen Yong, born in April 1957, Lezhi Ren, Sichuan Province, has an in-service postgraduate degree. He worked in August 1974 and joined the Communist Party of China in August 1975. Yang Hongwei, deputy secretary and deputy director of the Party Group of Chongqing Market Supervision Bureau, was investigated.

According to the website of the State Supervision Committee of the Central Discipline Commission, Yang Hongwei, deputy secretary and deputy director of the Party Group of Chongqing Market Supervision Bureau, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and is currently undergoing disciplinary review and investigation by the Chongqing Discipline Supervision Committee. Yang Hongwei, born in June 1964, is a graduate student from Dazhou, Sichuan Province. He participated in work in July 1984 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1986.
