International Crude Oil Prices Continue to Rise

On January 12, 2022, international crude oil prices continued to rise. The U.S. WTI crude oil futures main contract settled at $82.64 per barrel, up $1.42 or 1.75.

 

U.S. WTI crude oil futures main contract settlement price of $ 81.22 / barrel, up $ 2.99 or 3.82%, Brent crude oil futures main contract settlement price of $ 83.72 / barrel, up $ 2.82 or 3.52%.

 

The U.S. WTI crude oil futures main contract settled at $79.46 per barrel, up $1.61 or 2.1%, and the Brent crude oil futures main contract settled at $81.99 per barrel, up $1.19 or 1.5%.

 

On January 5, 2022, international crude oil prices rose. The U.S. WTI crude oil futures main contract settled at $77.85 per barrel, up $0.86.

 

The U.S. WTI crude oil futures main contract settled at $76.08 per barrel, up $0.87 or 1.2%, while the Brent crude oil futures main contract settled at $78.98 per barrel, up $1.20 or 1.5%.

 

The U.S. WTI crude oil futures main contract settled at $76.99 per barrel, up $0.43 or 0.56 percent.

 

The U.S. WTI crude oil futures main contract settled at $73.32 per barrel, down $0.47 or 0.63%.

 

On December 21, international oil prices rose sharply. The U.S. WTI crude oil futures main contract settled at $71.12 per barrel, up $2.51 or 3.7 percent.
