Medicines Network May 21 Xinhua Zhejiang Health Commission recently issued a circular requesting simplification of medical staff in medical institutions related approval work, implementation of "one window acceptance, one-time notification, one-stop approval", medical institutions set the approval time limit compressed to 10 days, medical institutions practice registration time compressed to 10 days, physicians and nurses practice registration promptly.

Zhejiang Health Committee requires that all kinds of application materials and certification matters for examination and approval should be thoroughly cleared up, and those lacking the basis of laws and regulations should be cancelled; the integration and docking of different business information systems should be accelerated, and the applicants should not be required to provide certification materials if they can obtain relevant information through sharing with other departments.

In the case of registration, the applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the registered funds, and shall actively explore the system of "acceptance of shortcomings". Where the applicant's written commitment meets the relevant conditions, it shall be accepted, and the guidance and supervision shall be strengthened so as to improve the efficiency of the work.

In terms of institutional access, special medical institutions such as dental, ophthalmological, plastic and cosmetic institutions, as well as small medical institutions such as independent laboratories and clinics that do not involve the allocation and management of large medical equipment, shall not set preconditions for access on the grounds of planning, distance and quantity; and social-run medical institutions shall be encouraged to develop in chains and to operate in groups. The naming method of "general Hospital Name + place name + hospital (branch hospital, outpatient department)" is allowed in the name of the institution; all localities should adjust the planning of setting up medical institutions in time and optimize the setting of examination and approval services.
