Lanzhou continues to strengthen the management and control of coal market

On June 25, the Lanzhou Bureau of Industry and Information Technology announced that in accelerating the construction of coal management market system in Lanzhou, the market construction of Honggu District, Yongdeng County, Yuzhong County and Gaolan County has achieved remarkable results. Since this year, Lanzhou has accelerated the construction and operation of the first-level coal market in Honggu District, Yongdeng County, Yuzhong County and Gaolan County, as well as the planning and layout of the second-level distribution network.

Up to now, Yongdeng County has planned to build a new coal market with a construction site of about 5 mu, a factory shed of 800 square meters, and completed the management of land and other related procedures; Yuzhong County has built a new coal market on some sites of the original paper mill in Triangle City, Yuzhong County, with a new site of 23 mu, completed land leasing, leveling and project construction. The bidding procedure has been completed, and relevant procedures and construction work have been carried out in accordance with market construction standards. The competent department of Gaolan County has applied to the county government for market construction support funds of 670,000 yuan, and has now completed 3380 square meters of site hardening, 100 meters of sewage and rainwater pipeline laying, 18 factory shed base construction, car wash platform and sinking. The silt pool construction will be completed by the end of June; the 500 square metre factory building and site hardening will be completed in Honggu District; the 45 metre approach road will be hardened completely; the color steel fence will be set up in the site; the car wash platform foundation has been completed; and the pipeline spraying device will be completed by the end of June.

Lanzhou City Industry and Information Bureau requires three counties and one district to strictly comply with the standards and requirements of provincial and municipal coal market construction, self-check and self-rectify the existing problems in coal trading market and centralized distribution system, so as to achieve rational distribution of coal market, complete certificates, factory shed construction in place, clean surrounding environment, car wash table and sewage disposal. Complete requirements, establish a long-term regulatory mechanism, and continue to increase the intensity of coal market control.
