Shandong Provincial Drug Administration's Sixth Branch To Carry Out Special Inspections Of Cosmetics Enterprises

     China Food and Drug Administration recently, the sixth branch of the Shandong Provincial Drug Administration regional inspection (hereinafter referred to as the sixth branch) joint Heze City, Jining City market supervision departments to carry out special inspections of cosmetics enterprises within the jurisdiction.

　　The special inspection focused on whether the cosmetics filer operating cosmetics are all filed, whether to strengthen the effective supervision of the entrusted enterprises, whether to leave samples for inspection as required, for children's cosmetics, special cosmetics and other key products to focus on the inspection.

     At present, the law enforcement officers inspected the cosmetic filers 14 times and asked the enterprises to rectify the defects found at the first time, and ordered the cancellation of filing for one filing enterprise that did not meet the filing requirements.

　　Next, the sixth branch of the Shandong Provincial Drug Administration will continue to work together with the market supervision departments in Heze and Jining to introduce credit risk management and strengthen production and sales supervision and inspection.
