Since July 1, "Shanghai Municipal Domestic Waste Management Regulations" have been formally implemented, which stipulate that "catering services and distribution services, not to offer disposable tableware on their own initiative". For this reason, the beauty group takeout will upgrade the platform's environmental protection function, choose the "number of tableware" as the necessary option before users place orders, and encourage users to choose "no tableware" when they click on "number of tableware". According to reports, the function has been fully opened to users in Shanghai at the end of June.

"In improving product functions, we should not only respond positively to environmental protection policies, but also try to ensure user experience. In the initial stage of implementation of the new regulations, we will strengthen prompt guidance, help users establish environmental awareness and gradually develop good habits of self-prepared tableware." Zhou Yan, head of the "No Tableware" project of the Castle Peak Takeaway Project of the American Troupe, said. Nowadays, in Shanghai, when we open the Deluxe Delivery and submit the order, the column of "the quantity of tableware" has been suggested as "the necessary choice", and the prompt "in response to the requirements of the new regulations in Shanghai: Businessmen are not allowed to offer you disposable tableware on their own initiative, please choose the quantity on demand", in order to popularize the new environmental protection regulations to users. Article 22 of the Regulations stipulates that catering service providers and catering distribution service providers shall not offer disposable chopsticks and spoons to consumers on their own initiative. Violators will be ordered by the relevant regulatory authorities to make corrections within a time limit; those who fail to make corrections within the time limit shall be fined not less than 500 yuan but not more than 5000 yuan.
