Watching horror movies can also lose weight? This is the case.

In order to lose weight, people usually need to balance diet, strengthen physical exercise, and adjust the rhythm of life. Is there any other way besides that? According to the French edition of fashion magazine COSMOPOLITAN, a study by the University of Westminster found that watching horror movies can accelerate calorie burning and thus achieve weight loss. The study found that when people feel fear, their hearts beat faster and their nervousness doubles, thus speeding up calorie burning. Researchers have found that people may consume 184 calories after watching the horror movie "Flash" directed by Stanley Kubrick, the Perfect Country director, which is equivalent to the amount of calories consumed by walking for 40 minutes. The results show that fat burns faster when watching horror movies than when watching other types of programs. Previous studies have found that watching horror films not only accelerates fat burning, but also reduces the risk of infectious diseases. The fear and tension generated by watching horror movies will accelerate the circulation of white blood cells in the body, thus limiting the spread of the virus. The thrilling and suspenseful scenes in the film process will make people feel more adrenaline and nervous, which will make the audience feel more relaxed after the film is over.
