The unqualified ice cream that was exposed has been put on the shelves again

Recently, a batch of online red food Aoxue Double Yellow Egg (salted egg yolk milk flavor) ice cream products have been on the "black list" of food sampling by the regulatory authorities because of the unqualified detection of total bacterial colonies and coliform bacteria. On the one hand, on Tiancat e-commerce platform, the ice-cream was offloaded on June 28 and re-launched on June 29. On the other hand, convenience stores can still buy the ice-cream everywhere. On the quality issue, Ao Xue's latest statement is that a special market terminal supervision department will be set up to conduct regular inspection tours around the country.
Internet red food became popular overnight by means of marketing, but it won popularity, but at the same time it did not have good quality and reputation. Consumers should pay more attention to it and not blindly follow the trend. Especially children with weak stomach and intestines should be more cautious in choosing and enjoying it appropriately.
Aoxue Ice Cream responded urgently on its official micro-blog that the quality of the batch of products was qualified, because the retail terminal did not have any cold chain protection in the transport process, resulting in product freezing, and would cooperate with the regulatory authorities to do a good job of post-processing. According to industry observers, the greater the brand reputation, the greater the real responsibility, enterprises can not rely on flow to make money and can also underestimate quality problems. As soon as the incident was exposed, Aoxue Double Yellow Egg (salted egg yolk milk flavor) ice cream had been offloaded by Tianmao Platform, because the platform believed that the related products were currently at risk, so forced offloading was carried out. The company's defense is successful and the product is back on the shelf.
"Exposure has a great impact on Aoxue brand." Some observers said that the quality problems exposed just after becoming a "net red" are likely to damage its sales performance in the peak season, but the extent is difficult to predict.
