Chongqing will pilot diversified supervision of medical services

Medical Network News July 16, Chongqing Daily reporters learned from the Municipal Health Commission that according to the "Notice of the Pilot Work Program of Diversified Comprehensive Supervision of Chongqing Medical and Health Industry" (hereinafter referred to as "Notice"), our city will pilot in Shapingba District, Nanan District, Yongchuan District, Wulong District, Zhongxian County and other districts and counties. Diversified supervision of medical services to provide high-quality medical services for the public. It is known that in April this year, the General Office of the State Health Commission issued the Notice on the Pilot Work of Diversified Supervision of Medical Services, which determined that Chongqing should be included in the pilot work of Diversified Supervision of Medical Services in China.
"This pilot is also an important measure to implement the reform of 'detention uniform'." As of the end of 2018, there are 20524 medical institutions in Chongqing. The task of post-event supervision is heavy, and it is urgent to explore a new mode of supervision in the medical and health industry.
According to the Notice, by the end of 2019, our city will initially establish a comprehensive supervision system for the medical and health industry, establish a coordinated supervision mechanism, improve the health law enforcement mechanism, and effectively enhance the effectiveness of supervision. By 2020, we will basically realize the intelligent supervision and credit supervision of medical and health care, and form a diversified comprehensive supervision pattern of government supervision, institutional autonomy, industry self-discipline and social supervision.
The person in charge said that the first is to coordinate supervision and promote joint law enforcement through joint meetings of departments; the second is to give full play to the role of modern technology such as big data and artificial intelligence to create "intelligent health supervision", so that supervisors can run less errands and data more runs; the third is to establish credit supervision, combining with medical institutions practicing self-examination according to law, industry. Credit evaluation, verification management, past supervision and inspection, complaint reporting, bad scores, etc., establish credit records of medical institutions and medical personnel, and publish the "blacklist" of serious breaches of trust. At that time, relevant departments will formulate joint disciplinary measures to make serious breaches of trust a breach of trust, punishment is limited.
