Operation of industrial production above the scale in Shanxi Province

In the first half of the year, the added value of industries above scale in the whole province increased by 6.9% compared with the same period last year; in June, the added value of industries above scale in the whole province increased by 8.1% compared with the same period last year. In the first half of the year, the value added of mining industry increased by 6.3%, manufacturing industry by 7.5% and electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply by 8.7%.

In June, the value-added of mining industry increased by 8.8% year-on-year, the manufacturing industry increased by 8.1%, and the production and supply of electricity, heat, gas and water increased by 3.7%. In the first half of the year, the value-added of state-owned holding enterprises increased by 6.4%, that of joint-stock enterprises by 7.5%, that of foreign and Taiwan-invested enterprises by 3.2%, and that of private enterprises by 7.3%.

In June, the added value of state-owned holding enterprises increased by 9.4%, joint-stock enterprises increased by 9.3%, foreign and Taiwan-invested enterprises decreased by 0.6%, and private enterprises decreased by 5.6%. In the first half of the year, the added value of energy industry, materials and chemical industry, consumer goods industry, equipment manufacturing industry and other industries increased by 6.0%, 6.6%, 12.2%, 9.3% and 31.6% respectively. In the energy industry, the added value of the coal industry increased by 6.0%, the coal bed methane mining industry by 12.6%, the coking industry by 1.0%, the power industry by 7.7%, and the thermal and gas industry by 14.0%. Among the materials and chemical industries, the added value of iron and steel industry increased by 8.8%, the non-ferrous metal industry decreased by 0.7%, the building materials industry increased by 14.4%, and the chemical industry increased by 1.3%. In the consumer goods industry, the added value of the food industry increased by 13.9%, the pharmaceutical industry by 10.0%, the textile industry by 3.8%, and the other consumer goods industries by 10.8%.

In equipment manufacturing industry, the added value of communication equipment manufacturing industry increased by 2.8%, automobile manufacturing industry by 29.0%, heavy equipment manufacturing industry by 8.7%, new energy equipment manufacturing industry by 18.9%, and other equipment manufacturing industry by 5.4%.

In June, the added value of energy industry increased by 7.2%, material and chemical industries by 8.0%, consumer goods industry by 20.3%, equipment manufacturing industry by 5.8%, and other industries by 34.8%.

In the first half of the year, the output of 15 main industrial products in the province increased by 11 kinds: new energy vehicles increased 1.4 times, photovoltaic cells increased 54.3%, cement increased 30.4%, coalbed methane increased 15.2%, steel increased 13.4%, crude steel increased 13.1%, pig iron increased 9.5%, raw coal increased 8.7%, alumina increased 8.7%. Long 7.3%, coke growth 7.1%, power generation growth 6.0%. The output of the four products declined, respectively, 4.6% for chemical drugs, 16.4% for aluminium, 33.0% for mobile phones and 71.8% for optical cables.

In June, the output of 15 major industrial products in the province increased by 12 kinds: photovoltaic cells doubled, mobile phones increased by 29.4%, coalbed methane increased by 17.6%, cement production increased by 17.0%, chemical raw drugs increased by 15.5%, crude steel by 10.3%, steel by 10.2%, raw coal by 9.8%, pig iron by 7.2%, and power generation by 6%. 9%, alumina 3.0%, coke 2.2%. The output of three products declined: the output of new energy vehicles declined by 23.1%, the raw aluminum by 28.8%, and the optical cable by 46.8%.
