In July, China's coke exports dropped by 40.56%

According to data released by the General Administration of Customs on August 8, China exported 485,000 tons of coke in July, a decrease of 331,000 tons, a decrease of 40.56%, and an increase of 103,000 tons, an increase of 26.96%. In July, coke export volume was 123.6 million US dollars, down 50.48% year-on-year, and increased by 13.92% year-on-year. Based on this, the unit export price is estimated to be 254.85 US dollars/ton, down by 29.18 US dollars/ton annually, and down by 51.05 US dollars/ton year on year.
From January to July 2019, the total export volume of coke was 43.331 million tons, down 22.8% from the same period last year, and the total export amount was 125.53 million US dollars, down 26.4% from the same period last year.
