's outstanding performance in July, Pan Helin, senior researcher of Pangu think tank, said in an interview with the economic reference daily. First, it is possible that the relative implementation of the new contract signed in July has a certain relationship. The two is that China has entered a new stage of substantial improvement with the cooperation of the countries along the "one belt and one road". The data also shows that from January to July, the turnover of China's foreign contracted projects was 549.13 billion yuan, an increase of 2% compared with the same period last year, and the newly signed contracts were 82.1 billion yuan, an increase of 1.9% compared with the same period last year; 265,000 workers were sent to foreign labor cooperation, which was basically the same as the same period last year, and 972,000 workers were sent abroad at the end of July.
From 1 to July, China's enterprises increased investment in 52 countries along the "one belt and one road", totaling 7 billion 970 million US dollars, accounting for 12.5% of the total period of the same period; and 36 m & A countries along the "one belt and one road" area, with an investment of 1 billion 380 million US dollars. The total number of new contracted projects contracted by the countries along the "one belt and one road" amount to US $72 billion 260 million, which accounts for 59.9% of the total period of the same period, and the total turnover is 44 billion 500 million US dollars, which accounts for 55.1% of the total amount of the same period.
"Foreign investment mainly flows to leasing and business services, manufacturing, wholesale and retail, mining and other fields. Among them, the growth rate of foreign investment to manufacturing, information transmission/software and information technology services is relatively high. There are no new projects in the real estate industry, sports and entertainment industry, which are criticized by others. Pan He-lin pointed out that this means that China's foreign investment has shown a positive momentum of development, which can not only achieve mutual benefit and win-win with the host country, but also play a positive role in promoting the development of domestic real economy and other industries, with the rapid growth of foreign investment in manufacturing, information transmission/software and information technology services.
