Based on the above-mentioned "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement", Anke Biology and Afana recently signed a formal "Cooperation Agreement", and reached a consensus on the development and industrialization of "New Crown Omicron and other mutant mRNA vaccines". This cooperation does not constitute a connected transaction, nor does it constitute a major asset reorganization as stipulated in the "Administrative Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies".
