Sulphur Yellow in Puguang Gas Field exceeded 16 million tons

This year marks the 10th anniversary of Puguang Gas Field's operation. As of September 21, the Puguang Gas Field in Zhongyuan Oilfield has been in operation for 10 years, producing 16.17 million tons of sulphur, breaking through the 16 million tons barrier.

They insisted on protecting the environment and seeking development, constantly exploring and optimizing the energy-saving and consumption-reducing operation mode of 10 tanks from "4+6" to "2+8" to "1+9" in liquid sulfur tank area, minimizing the outflow of fugitive gas, saving steam resources, making great efforts to create a blue sky of water in Puguang gas field, seeking market with quality and continuing to carry out "affecting sulfur". The quality factor of yellow product is a key technical problem. It is sampled and periodically inspected every day. At the same time, it is supervised and inspected by the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau of Sichuan Province and Dazhou City. The purity of yellow sulphur reaches 99.98%, which is superior to the national industrial quality standard of sulphur and is rated as "seven satisfactory" products by China Quality Association. Households, newly built automobile loading building, loading efficiency increased by 30%, at the same time, we cooperated with Dazhou Wengfu Chemical Co., Ltd. to build a 300,000 tons/year liquid sulfur direct selling loading system to achieve win-win interests between enterprises and customers; to ensure safe operation, upgrade safety facilities, increase water bath dust removal, dry fog dust suppression and other safety control and protection. The device eliminates the hidden dangers of ferrous sulfide spontaneous combustion and sulfur-yellow dust deflagration, and provides fuel for safe production; continuously expands sales channels, and adds Henan Jiaozuo Longbo Lilian Group Co., Ltd. and Hubei Xiangyang Longbo Titanium Industry on the basis of successive opening of sulfur-yellow direct sales special trains for well-known enterprises in Guizhou, Yunnan and Sichuan.
