Breakthrough in Key Materials of Semiconductor in China

The original 1 million tons of goods have been directly reduced to 100,000 yuan a ton in an attempt to bring us down by price war. It is proud that Chinese enterprises have not been held back and withstood the pressure. Data show that the current market share of polyfluoride in fluorinated chemical industry is 30%, becoming the largest production enterprise of lithium hexafluorophosphate in China.
Without successfully replacing imported products, these foreign enterprises'market share has been squeezed out, and the products produced have also been pushed into the Korean market. With two iconic "brands" in hand, its derivatives have also touched the new energy industry.
Li Shijiang, chairman of Dofdo Chemical Co., Ltd., said in a media interview that a new material system will be introduced as the support, new energy vehicles as the Lead and lithium batteries as the core industry chain.
New materials are the links between supporting lithium batteries and connecting them. Only by actively developing these two important links, China will take the lead in the field of new energy electric vehicles in the future. In the semiconductor market, Chinese enterprises have made breakthroughs in key materials. With their excellent technical strength, they have ushered in tremendous market opportunities. The third generation semiconductor materials represented by silicon carbide can be widely used in high power and high frequency electronic devices, LED, 5G communication, automotive IGBT chip, logistics network and other microwave communication fields. It has broad prospects due to its wide band gap, high breakdown electric field, high thermal conductivity, high electron saturation drift speed and low dielectric constant.
