At the beginning of this year, the Chemical Branch installed and put into use the automatic calcium carbide sampler. Since it was put into use, in order to ensure the accuracy of the sampling work of each car and the representativeness of each sample, people are required to inspect on the spot to check whether the lower entrance is blocked, whether the sampling bucket is right, whether a car of calcium carbide is replaced once and so on. This requires human resources and automatic extraction. The prototype is not really automated. In July, the company planned to install camera monitoring in the sampling site. After a week of joint efforts, the remote monitoring of the sampler was put into operation smoothly. Clear pictures appear on the computer screen. At present, working in the duty room, we can understand the situation of carbide sampling on site, find out the operation of the on-site sampler in time, if there are abnormalities, we can deal with and solve them in time. This not only saves human costs, but also reduces the harm of carbide dust on the site to employees'bodies to a large extent, and realizes automation. The application of calcium carbide sampling remote monitoring equipment can not only observe the operation of the sampler in time, but also monitor the whole process of sampling, which provides guarantee for the company's raw material quality control.
