84 new wells in Tarim oilfield have been put into operation this year
Eighty-four new wells in Tarim Oilfield, the main gas source of West-to-East Gas Transmission, have been put into operation this year, with oil and gas production capacity of 1921 tons per day and 263.18 million cubic meters of natural gas. According to the plan, in the next three years, the oil and gas production equivalent of Tarim Oilfield will increase by 5 million tons net on the basis of 25 million tons, which is equivalent to building more than one million tons of oil and gas fields every year. By 2020, Tarim Oilfield will be built into a world-class oil and gas field of 30 million tons with high quality, high level and high efficiency.
