From January to August, the value-added of industries above the national scale increased by 5.6% year-on-year, the total retail sales of social consumer goods increased by 8.2%, and the investment in fixed assets increased by 5.5%. On the other hand, since last year, China has twice raised the export rebate rate of some products, issued a series of independent tariff reduction policies, and twice lowered the value-added tax rate of import links, effectively stimulating the vitality of the main market. For example, the continuous optimization of business environment, trade facilitation level has increased significantly, the first three quarters of China's import and export customs clearance time compared with 2017, respectively, 56.4% and 64.7%.
