On October 9, the State Health and Health Commission launched the Notice on the Issuance of the First Catalogue of Encouraging Generic Pharmaceuticals, which clearly listed the first batch of 33 Catalogues of Encouraging Generic Pharmaceuticals. It is suggested that the relevant departments should support clinical trials, key common technology research, priority review and approval in accordance with relevant regulations. It is known that on June 20, the official website of the Health Commission published the first list of recommendations to encourage generic drug catalogues, and a total of 34 varieties were published. Industry experts pointed out that the catalogue mainly for domestic patent expiration and patent expiration has not yet submitted registration applications, clinical supply shortage (inadequate competition) of drugs, in order to guide enterprise research and development, registration and production.
