Plaza Group to Acquire Chemicals Distributor in US
The Plaza Group, a leading international petrochemical marketing firm said that it will acquire Conchemco, a leading marketer and distributor of chemicals and solvents.
Founded in 1990, Conchemco (Dallas, Texas) began as an independent company based on in-home services of buying, selling and brokering chemicals. Through the development of personal relationships with trusted partners, the highest levels of professionalism and the delivery of quality products and exceptional services to clients, it is now a multi-million-dollar company with national distribution. Its core products are acetone, toluene, xylene and other major aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons.
